Welcome! I am a therapist in private practice, which I opened in 2020 after many years in Community Mental Health. I believe in the therapeutic alliance and relational connection as the most powerful part of therapy. Having someone you feel safe and comfortable with is a foundational step before wading into the therapeutic healing work together. I'm here to sit with you where ever you are currently in life and to provide tactical and relational support. I have experience in many areas including grief, anxiety, women's issues/identity, pre/peripartum diagnoses, infant loss, infertility and managing parental stress. My approach could be described as casual conversation (think coffee hour) with tailored treatment and structured support specific to you and your needs. I look forward to working with you!
